Q) If it is easier for a person to pay for the trip on a monthly basis, can that be arranged?
A) We're happy to set up payment plans for our travelers.
Q) Can it be arranged that some of the payments are completed after we return?

Rewards and Discounts
 $100 pay by check discount When you pay by check it reduces our credit card processing costs, and you can deduct $100.
$100 frequent trekker discount Have you been on a previous trip to Nepal with John? If so, deduct $100
$100 returning traveler discount
Have you been on other trips with Laura or John? If so, deduct another $100
$100 program reward
Are you in, or have you completed a program at BPI, CAH, Life Mechanics, or similar school? If so deduct a further $100.
$200 couples discounts
Are you married or a couple living together, and signing up together? If so, one can deduct $200
$200 kids discounts
Will an accompanied child, under 18 be with you? You can deduct a further $200
$200 academic discounts
Has your school agreed to grant course credit for the trip? If so, deduct $200
Do you have a degree in Nepalese history, or speak fluent Tibetan? We are always happy to reward folks who are interested in share their expertise, and you can deduct $200.
Discounts Details
Pay-By-Check Discount
For this discount, your deposit is paid in any manner, and the balance of your payments for the trip are made by check or money order. Checks are payable to John Huddleston.
Refer a Friend Discount
If you’re the one who first tells a friend about the Nepal Adventure, and he or she signs up, deduct $100. If you have already paid for your trip, we'll send you a company check for $100.
Program Reward
If you are in or have completed any program at BPI, CAH, Life Mechanics, Intuitive Way or similar school, deduct $100. If you have questions, check with the office at signup.
Academic Discounts
Some schools and colleges grant course credit for travel as independent study. You can check to see if the Nepal trip would qualify.
Travelers with Himalayan expertise can contact the office, as this discount is on a case by case basis.
